A Response:
If discipline is in line with self coercion than it is the ability to coerce oneself.
But I see it more as patience. The most present self is a being of whims, but we contain multitudes and sometimes we need to learn what of us to put first.
Three Questions:
-
In what fields is there only a single expert? What field has the greatest number of experts? Who decides who to call an expert and are they truly experts? Well, I think it is defined by the opinion of other experts or students in a field...
-
Can you be an expert in a field if the common knowledge of other people who practice in that field is opposed to yours? Can you be an expert if everybody else is wrong? (But what arrogance that would be.)
-
What is the modern story of the man who's arrogance caused his fall? If you want an example of arrogance as a flaw what would you use? Do we not have such a story or am I simply not aware of it?
A Thought:
Many of the young adult novels and stories I've consumed seem to praise arrogance in a way. Push towards your goal you can make it, no matter what. But it is more than that because there is an element of impatience when putting your dream first. The world is dark and sad, but you will be accomplished you are the most important you are first. And there is a benefit to that, but others exist, and "arrogance comes before the fall" Should be the line of mentors, not villains.

Three Question:
-
What are the best generic exercises and practices in order to become more disciplined? What can you do if you have the internet? What does November have to do with any of it?
-
Does doing something with the goal to become more disciplined make you more or less disciplined as a result of doing so? If I am fantasizing about everything I can get done once I train myself correctly help with my self-training?
-
Why don't I have results yet? Because I just started. Why do I want immediate results? Well, ask the internet. Does stating intent help at all? Well, I'll see in a week.
How does discipline interact with creativity? I don't want to go down this rabbit hole now.
Four Creative* Lines: (This time deep mumbo jumbo)
-
I shall declare time and time shall be followed by more time measures in values that I too declared.
-
You are the only one who can change yourself is the greatest lie ever told. Because it is right not to trust others with the power to change you. And so the lessons taught or to respect others choices. And with all our choices to reject slavery.
-
Trust me, you are in control. Don't trust yourself, you are not in control.
And many think they are helping, but most don't think at all.
-
I think I think. And by thinking I think. I feel like I'm just spewing bulllcrap. But I also think I... am making sweeping statements and I probably shouldn't. It is not that most don't think, it is that most of the time thinking is not the thing that is going on. We only problem solve when we see the problem and all that.
I hope that I somehow figure out how to make better creative lines. Or to be more creative.
But there is always tomorrow so a have a nice day.

It's my birthday. And it's also pre-post number 69. Well, what's more important to comment on? Neither, but because it's my birthday I've made an exception.
Pre-Post Stuff:
-
What birthday is celebrated by the most in the world? And I mean actually birthday, I'm not talking about the Christian, this is the day we celebrate a birthday that happened on a different day. Although you could say something about new years maybe... Other than that, though? What are second and third place?
-
Is innovation truly born of necessity? And if that is the case, how can I manufacture artificial necessity? Is that what entitlement helps with for social species? Is feeling entitled to something that can not be mean that somehow it must be? I must make it be. What other mechanisms can work?
-
Or in other words,
When we need something, we'll work to get it, and if we can't get it, we will use our minds and experiment until we get it. How else can we get ourselves to want something that much?
-
But how much innovation was spawned from the sentiment "wouldn't it be nice if"?
And a desire to make the world better for those who will come after us? How much power does the want to be remembered and make an impact have?
How often do we simply want to act and have the world respond? To make, to move dirt with our hands, and have plants grow in a few months.

Three Questions:
-
What's the most hated song ever? It can't be the worst song because it has to be at least somewhat popular. So what is the song that has the most people who are aware of it and hate, and if you subtract the number of people who like it? And what song has the highest dislike to like ratio? (Well, that last one I can search online.)
-
Is the number of people keeping journals increasing or decreasing? In the last ten years, are more books being read, or is information being consumed differently? Has the prevalence of large quantities of entertainment media decreased the amount people learn online, or would that time still have been spent unproductively regardless?
-
What do we mean when we call someone heartless? Are we saying they lack empathy? That they are cruel? How do they subvert our expectation of humanity to earn that title?
Four Creative* Lines:
-
When we call a person or a type of person heartless, we are implying they are less than us in some way, shape, or form. No, because sometimes the heartless are appreciated. So they do things that we don't expect any normal person to do. So maybe they simply lack societal inhibitions that make things seem wrong. OR maybe the inhibitions they lack aren't societal but human. It depends.
But sometimes, it is simply the ability to stop seeing others as human or to stop seeing some others as human. A tribalism that excludes us or people we would include.
-
But we are tribe. We are people. Killing humans is bad because they, too, are people. But not always was this the case for us. People is not the oldest term, but it isn't new.
Maybe they were always people, but evil to us was subjective before it became anything else.
-
Some people just can't, and they need our mercy.
-
See our progress and be amazed. Have a nice life and have a nice day.

Three Questions + A hopefully interesting ramble:
-
What is the most mistranslated book ever? Why? What unpopular (maybe even hated) political opinions were most popular 30 years ago? (I'm not defining unpopular I would be happy with answers to any variation of the question.)
-
What question can be answered in the greatest number of ways? What question needs the most information to get a complete and accurate answer? How would the universe look if...
What if... With these, we are satisfied with simpler assumptions as we cannot hold the amount of information needed to accurately them, so we expect only what we consider relevant.
-
What powers do people have but don't use? How often do people jump? Empathy is useful for social situations and the ability to eat nearly anything and sustain ourselves on stored food for quite a while. Sweating is very strong, but in many countries, there isn't much necessity, so what power would be a good substitute, at least in modern society? I might suggest something that allows us to use stored sugars to better regulate our temperature, but that's only helpful for a sixth of the world population, and far more would suffer at that exchange.
Treading away sweating is out, and the usage of calories for other purposes is hazardous. So let's say no more jumping, and I'll see what possibly could be a useful burning of calories. I think something to help fight disease, the ability to sustain higher body temperatures for a greater period of time. Still, I don't think that's what many need, as it will be less effective against diseases from warm environments. What about the ability to use excess fat to insulate viruses and expel them from our bodies? That way, much expensive medicine can simply be replaced by more food, which may cost less. But then we have to figure out a whole host of powers, and I'm not sure how much else we can give up.
So let me try again, no jumping for improved clinging and climbing, not the best benefit. Still, I think it is a general upgrade for a large majority of us, maybe instead of climbing slightly more efficient movement, so it takes less effort to move around and work.
